Rich banana cream perfection.
Ingredients
1 + 1/2 C. raw cashews
1 T. brown rice syrup
1 T. agave nectar
1 T. coconut oil
1 T. vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2 T. filtered water
3 T. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 banana
Optional: Dark chocolate for serving
Directions
Soak cashews overnight in filtered water, then drain and rinse once you are ready to begin preparing your dessert.
Place all ingredients in blender blend until smooth.
Pour cream into bowl or tupperware and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 2-3 hours. (If you place in freezer, the cream will take on the consistency of an ice cream instead.) Remove when ready to serve, and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
