Serves 1-2
Ingredients
2/3 c. frozen blueberries (if using fresh blueberries, add 3 ice cubes to smoothie)
1 ripe banana
1 1/2 t. spirulina
2/3 c. unsweetened coconut milk or nut milk
1 T. hemp heart
1 T. chia seeds
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more milk or a bit of water to get desired consistency. Enjoy!
