A chocolate smoothie that’s SUPER healthy as well??? It’s real, people…and it’s delicious. I regularly have this smoothie for breakfast, or at night when I want something a bit sweet to end a long day. Raw cacao is amazing, full of antioxidants that prevent and repair cellular damage, i.e. prevent aging. Ingredients
1 c. water, coconut milk, or other non-dairy milk you prefer
1 small-medium ripe banana
1-2 T. raw cacao powder
1 t. spirulina powder
1 t. chia seeds
2 t. flax seeds
1 T. hemp hearts
1-2 T. goji berries
*optional: 4-5 walnuts (walnuts are a great beauty food! They are high in antioxidants (for anti-aging) and omega-3 oils (for beautiful skin & hair)…so I often add them to oatmeals, pastas, salads, and smoothies for that extra beauty boost.)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
