This quick little blend is perfect for rushed mornings and my favorite post-workout snack. It’s a super creamy, fresh, and delicately sweet mousse to nourish you with all the good fats and proteins your body needs.

Ingredients
1 small banana
1/2 avocado
1 small zucchini
2 tsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. raw hemp hearts
goji berries
toasted coconut flakes
Directions
Blend the fresh zucchini, avocado, banana, chia seeds, and hemp hearts on high power until mixture is a creamy mousse texture. Transfer to a bowl and top with goji berries, toasted coconut flakes or fresh berries. Enjoy!
