How fitting that this pink beauty enhances your beauty (and health) as well. Radishes are rich in silica, which strengthens skin, hair and nails. So I typically add them to fresh juices when I’m looking to give my skin a little extra love.

Ingredients
1 large or 2 small Pink Lady or Fuji apples
4-6 red radishes (radishes add a bit of peppery flavor, so you can use less radish if you prefer a sweeter, more mild juice)
3 stalks celery
1 lemon
1-inch piece of ginger root, peeled
3/4 c. filtered water

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
